Monthly Income

Next, we want to get an understanding of where you are with generating income in your household.

Please include the total monthly income you generate for your household.  If you are married or have a partner, please include that dollar amount as well.  (If you work in a sales-based role and are compensated by commissions, take a look at your W2 or 1099, divide that number by 12 and you'll get an average monthly income)

Do you generate any other income outside of your career or business?  If so, please include the average monthly income generated? (Example: Rental property income, other business income, second job, etc...)

Monthly Expenses

Next, we want to understand what your monthly expenses are generally costing you... This is the most important section in best understanding your cashflow! (TIP: The OneGoal tool in the wealth pack will really help with getting a clear picture of this area)

Let's start with your mortgage / rent... What is your monthly cost for this plus an estimate on utilities for the home?

Do you have a vehicle or multiple vehicles?  If so, what is your monthly payment(s)?

Insurance is a must on both your property and vehicle.  What are are your estimated monthly payments for insurance?

What is your estimated monthly spend on groceries and restaurants? (Again, our OneGoal tool will come in handy helping you identify what you REALLY spend versus just guessing... you might be surprised as it tends to be more than you estimate)

Please include any other major monthly expenses you have in your household. (Examples may include: additional children expenses, subscription services, monthly payments to debts like medical bills, credit cards, personal loans, etc... )

ASSETS & LIABILITIES

This last section is to get a more clear understanding of what assets are a part of your wealth foundation and what liabilities to work on.

List all assets you currently have.  This includes cash, savings, retirement plans, any college savings plans for your children, and even your home value.  You can provide the list below with approximate values of each account.

List all liabilities you currently have.  This includes loans of any type, mortgage, credit card balances, etc.  You can provide the list below with approximate total balance owed. (Extra credit if you have the interest rate being charged)
